Important: FortheProperties.com hosts advertisements submitted by users. Independently verify all property information. Transactions and payments between users are their own responsibility.

Platform role
FortheProperties.com is an online advertising and listing platform. Unless explicitly stated in writing, the platform is not the seller, purchaser, broker, agent, developer, guarantor or party to any property transaction.
Responsibility for advertisements
Each advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, ownership claims, photos, descriptions, prices, permissions and currency of the listing. Advertisers must have authority to publish the advertisement and must not post misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory or unlawful material.
Independent verification
Buyers, tenants and other visitors must independently verify ownership and title, encumbrances, survey and boundaries, zoning, land-use permissions, approvals, building permits, occupancy certificates, taxes, physical condition, RERA registration where applicable, and the identity and authority of counterparties. Obtain independent legal and professional advice before making commitments.
Payments and transactions
All negotiations, token advances, deposits, sale consideration, commissions, rent, leases, registrations, documentation and payments between users are undertaken solely at their own risk and responsibility. FortheProperties.com does not collect, hold, escrow, guarantee or refund transaction payments unless a separately identified service expressly says otherwise.
No endorsement or guarantee
Publishing an advertisement does not mean FortheProperties.com has checked, verified, approved or endorsed its accuracy, title, seller, buyer, legality, availability or transaction. Photos and representations may differ from reality.
User conduct and prohibited listings
Users must comply with applicable Indian laws, including real-estate advertising, consumer protection, privacy and applicable RERA requirements. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, impersonating, fraudulent or abusive content. We may remove listings, restrict access or cooperate with lawful requests.
Listing availability and moderation
Listings may appear immediately without prior review. We reserve the right to suspend, correct, reject or remove any listing, user or content for legal, safety, fraud-prevention or policy reasons, without guaranteeing proactive screening. Listings expire at the stated time.
Intellectual property and licence
Advertisers retain rights to their own content but grant FortheProperties.com a non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize and distribute it as needed to operate and promote their listings. Users must have rights to uploaded photos and documents.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FortheProperties.com disclaims warranties concerning listings, site availability and third-party conduct and is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate advertisements, disputes or transactions between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
Privacy and contact
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Public listing information and uploaded media may be visible to anyone. Do not publish sensitive documents or unnecessary personal data.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Subject to mandatory legal provisions and any exclusive statutory forum, courts having competent jurisdiction in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala shall have jurisdiction.
Report a listing
If you identify a suspected fraudulent, unlawful or inaccurate listing, contact the website operator using the contact information published on the website. Do not transfer money before independent verification.
