FortheProperties.com collects account name, email, mobile number, country, address, optional agent/association details, profile photos, and information and media users upload with property listings. We use this information to operate accounts, authenticate users, display advertisements, manage safety and support, and understand aggregate website traffic.

Public information

Property listing details, images and PDF files are publicly accessible. Do not upload identity documents, financial information or other sensitive information to public listings. Profile details are not automatically displayed in public listings.

Service providers and analytics

Account and listing information is processed using Supabase; the website is delivered using Cloudflare. Email verification and account-recovery messages may be delivered through an email service provider. Website analytics may measure aggregate page visits, approximate visitor country, devices and referring websites.

Security and retention

We use account authentication and database access controls. We retain information while needed to provide the service, comply with law, investigate abuse or resolve disputes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may edit profile information and delete your listings in your account dashboard. To request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy grievance, contact the website operator through the contact channel published on the website. Additional retention may be required by law.

Policy updates

We may update this policy and post a revised date. This policy should be reviewed by legal counsel and supplemented with the operator's official privacy contact details before public launch.
